Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during assigned shifts
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems while maintaining service quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate urgent matters during off-hours
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with data security protocols
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities for weekend operations
- Maintain calm professionalism during peak weekend traffic periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Availability to work flexible weekends (Sat/Sun) and nights (10 PM-6 AM)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to think critically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Valid US work authorization and reliable internet connection
