Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare protocols
- Respond promptly to emergency situations
- Support patient education and family communication
Qualifications
- Current Ohio nursing license (LPN/RN) or CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Availability for weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 11PM-7AM)
