Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications during overnight shifts
- Perform diagnostic tests and document electronic health records accurately
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and cross-functional teams
- Maintain sterile environments and medical equipment functionality
- Provide compassionate patient education and family support
- Conduct routine safety checks and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
