Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight/weekend shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document medical observations
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and meal support
- Respond to emergency situations per protocol
- Collaborate with cross-functional medical teams
- Maintain sterile environments and equipment
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
Qualifications
- State CNA certification or equivalent medical credential
- 6+ months acute care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- BLS certification required
- Comfortable with electronic health records
- Valid Maryland driver's license
