Responsibilities
- Delight patients with exceptional bedside care and attentive monitoring during overnight shifts
- Accurately document patient vitals and medical records using our digital health platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA safety protocols
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with calm professionalism

Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
