Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under physician guidance
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards

Qualifications
- Current state nursing license or CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care setting
