Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during assigned weekend/night shifts
- Monitor patient vitals and document medical observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow established protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee CNA or LPN license (required)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and nights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency with electronic health records systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
