Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend and overnight shifts
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure store/facility cleanliness and safety standards compliance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize shift operations
- Handle inventory management and stock replenishment duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to company protocols and security procedures
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Team player with problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
