Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs and conditions during weekend shifts
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately
- Document patient observations and care actions in EMR systems
- Respond to emergency situations with swift clinical interventions

- Educate patients and families on health management protocols

Qualifications
- Current RN license in Texas (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
