Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material movements for weekend operations
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Document daily operations and maintain accurate shift logs
- Assist in training new associates on weekend procedures
- Respond to equipment malfunctions and escalate maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous night shift or weekend work experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
