Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and production equipment during night and weekend shifts.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure products meet strict safety and quality standards.
- Load, unload, and stage raw materials and finished goods efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and night shifts consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
