- Monitor premises via advanced surveillance systems during Saturday/Sunday night shifts
- Conduct regular patrols and access control for commercial/residential properties

- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Utilize de-escalation techniques for conflict resolution
- Operate security equipment including CCTV, alarms, and communication devices
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card and firearms permit (if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years security experience in night shift roles
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using security technology and reporting software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during overnight shifts
