Responsibilities
- Execute weekend and overnight operational tasks with precision and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain facility security protocols during off-peak hours
- Coordinate cross-departmental workflows for seamless weekend operations
- Respond to emergency situations following established procedures
- Complete detailed shift reports and documentation
- Support inventory management and quality control processes
- Collaborate with on-call management to resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, security, or operations
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Strong problem-solving skills and situational awareness
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Proficient with digital reporting systems
- OSHA or FEMA certification preferred
- Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
