Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries and issues efficiently during off-peak hours.
- Monitor system logs and perform routine data entry and quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and coverage.
- Respond to emails and chat tickets within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy in all communications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, compliance standards, and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of night shift workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and overnight shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (required for remote roles).
