Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate warehouse operations during weekend night shifts
- Supervise and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible schedule availability for Saturday/Sunday nights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
