Responsibilities
- Manage 10+ team members during weekend night shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service across all service areas
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle cash operations and POS reconciliation
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train new staff on service standards and operations
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (10PM-6AM)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Reliable transportation required
