Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend/night shift teams (8-12 members) across multiple departments
- Ensure operational excellence through real-time performance monitoring and quality control
- Coordinate emergency response procedures during off-peak hours
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory reconciliation and supply chain logistics for weekend operations
- Generate shift performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication during shift handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in 24/7 operations environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
