Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-10 person night shift teams across retail, logistics, and hospitality clients
- Ensure operational compliance with safety protocols and client specifications
- Resolve escalated customer and employee issues with professionalism
- Complete shift reports and inventory audits using mobile technology
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements during high-volume periods
- Train new hires on standard operating procedures
- Maintain real-time communication with day shift managers
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in service/retail/logistics
- Availability Friday-Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM (flexible scheduling possible)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., When I Work, Deputy)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of OSHA workplace safety standards
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- High school diploma or equivalent required
