Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight clinical operations and staff coordination
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Manage patient admission processes and documentation
- Respond to emergency situations following protocol
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and coaching
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Supervisory/management experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
