Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations during weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Manage team of 5-7 associates, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement quality control measures for all outgoing shipments
- Train new associates on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Generate shift reports and communicate with day operations team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Availability for every Saturday/Sunday night shift (non-negotiable)
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid California driver's license
