Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-8 team members during weekend and overnight shifts
- Ensure operational excellence through quality control and compliance checks
- Resolve client escalations with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and incident reports
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication for seamless operations
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed briefing notes
- Mentor junior staff during peak service hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in service/retail/hospitality
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting (25 lbs)
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
