Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak weekend and overnight hours
- Manage inventory stocking and operational readiness for evening shifts
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean environments overnight
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Document shift activities and submit accurate reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability for weekends (Sat-Sun) and nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or logistics preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to shift locations
- Positive attitude under pressure and during late hours
