Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counts and stock rotations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shift targets
- Document warehouse activities in real-time using digital systems
- Support special weekend projects and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability: Friday nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid state ID and clean background check
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
