Responsibilities
- Accurately package and sort products in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly production targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Complete shift reports and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail required
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Pass background check and drug screening
