Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming/outgoing shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality control checks on products before shipment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Document warehouse activities and report operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid forklift certification a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce Way facility
