Responsibilities
- Operate machinery: Safely and efficiently handle forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems during the night shift.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts, cycle counts, and ensure proper organization of merchandise.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare orders for delivery, ensuring all packaging standards are met for both local and NC shipments.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure only high-quality items leave the facility.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be willing to work rotating weekend shifts and night hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the US and pass a background check.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
