Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Document patient activities and observations in electronic health records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities as needed
- Respond to patient calls and provide timely support throughout the night
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare or overnight shift experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
