Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory counts and stock organization for weekend shifts.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe for all team members.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain accurate digital records of all inventory transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
