Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock replenishment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following strict safety protocols.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation and labeling are error-free.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace to meet regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a strong advantage.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
