Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage product displays and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash handling procedures.
- Assist in inventory counts and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Nashville location.
