Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Store Operations: Manage daily store functions including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory reconciliation.
- Merchandising: Maintain visual standards by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store looks pristine and appealing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekend management team and floor staff to coordinate tasks and workflows.
- Problem Solving: Address customer complaints or operational issues immediately and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including loss prevention and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a track record of consistent attendance.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and switch between tasks quickly.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
