Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (Entry Level).
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
