Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory with precision.
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PITs) safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and workflow efficiency.
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges and optimize weekend throughput.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
