Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations for incoming and outgoing freight.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
