Your Role
As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will be the face of our brand during our busiest times. You will ensure store readiness, assist customers with inquiries, and manage inventory flow efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Execute opening and closing procedures with precision to ensure store security and readiness.
- Greet and assist customers with a premium, high-energy approach to drive sales.
- Stock shelves and organize displays according to visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the management team to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for POS systems.
