Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics operations including receiving, sorting, and distributing inventory with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping issues and optimize weekend workflows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to OSHA safety standards at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo integrity during transit.
- Process paperwork and digital logs accurately to support our supply chain visibility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS) quickly.
