Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management during weekend shifts.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to ensure seamless workflow transition.
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in training new associates on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
