Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics operations and inventory workflows with precision during weekend shifts.
- Manage stock levels, perform cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a 100% safety compliance record and lead safety briefings for the weekend team.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to align weekend goals with weekly targets.
- Ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work a compressed full-time schedule focused on weekends (e.g., Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday).
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
