Role Overview:
As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly during peak hours. You will work closely with a dedicated team to manage inventory, process shipments, and maintain a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Sort, pack, and label packages accurately for local and regional delivery.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in resolving minor operational issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new processes.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
