Responsibilities
- Assist in the accurate sorting, packing, and labeling of incoming and outgoing packages.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Verify inventory levels and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service regarding order status and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
