Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all inventory is accurately tracked and stored according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Verify product quality and inspect packaging for potential damage.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required by training.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput and quality goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or fixed shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
