Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and safety protocols are followed.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain an organized and attractive store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Keep the sales floor and stock areas clean, tidy, and free of hazards throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible weekend schedules, including alternating weekends if required.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate POS systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami location.
