Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone during weekend shifts.
- Assist in the processing and verification of daily orders and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of pending tasks.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management promptly.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace for all team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
