Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base on weekends.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and visual merchandising to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the floor team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
