As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our daily processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will interact with clients and team members to resolve inquiries and maintain high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming orders and verify accuracy of data entry.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the senior management team promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
