Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium, professional demeanor, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and register balancing.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain a visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute weekly sales targets and promotional events.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Assist in training and mentoring new part-time staff during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems, POS terminals, and mobile devices.
- A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
