Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Operations: Directly supervise and coordinate all activities during the Saturday and Sunday shifts to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any operational bottlenecks, customer complaints, or logistics discrepancies immediately.
- Team Management: Mentor and motivate a team of 10+ associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory accuracy and stock levels during peak weekend periods to prevent stockouts.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze shift reports to identify trends and implement process improvements for the upcoming week.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday to Sunday (Weekend Shifts) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
