Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend associates through daily briefings and performance coaching
- Coordinate logistics with distribution partners and ensure timely weekend deliveries
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend operational efficiency
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Generate weekend performance reports and present actionable insights to leadership
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of warehouse or operations management experience
- Proven track record leading teams in weekend or shift-based environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Expert knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
