- Lead and mentor weekend teams of 8-15 associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience and drive conversions
- Analyze weekend sales data and adjust operational strategies in real-time
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and brand standards during peak weekend hours
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handover and operational continuity
- Develop and execute weekend promotional campaigns to maximize foot traffic and revenue
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with proven weekend leadership background
