Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 weekend staff across retail and fulfillment operations
- Develop and implement efficient weekend operational workflows
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for weekend rushes
- Handle customer escalations and ensure service excellence
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations or team management
- Proven experience in weekend-heavy retail or service environments
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
